Add do/while loop around the dm_send_data_event() call in
xfs_dm_send_data_event() to verify that the event has not been reset
in
the event mask while obtaining the xfs locks.
Remove the behavior lock/unlock which was unnecessary. The behavior
cannot be unlocked while sending the the DMAPI event without opening
the
possibility that the vnode will be exported.
Fix for bug 831666.
