That's the X Font Server, it won't help. :)

Check to make sure you have any of the XFS userspace RPMs installed -
try
rpm -q xfsprogs
If it's not installed, install it.
It's possible that since you didn't have it in RH 7.0, the installer
didn't "upgrade" it, and you'll have to install it by hand.
