Yes, it works. "chacl -l *" displays the ACLs of all files (currently
blank because I haven't set them). I tested setting the ACLs of a test
file and it works fine.

acl.h is in /usr/include/sys. libacl.a and libacl.la are in /usr/lib but

Yes, it does.
Hmm ... I wonder what could be wrong. :(
Perhaps I can wait for the major ACL code merging work to be in working
order before trying again.
