Three source files are patched by both XFS and the IA64 patch. To
minimize the differences between XFS and IA64, I have included the IA64
patches in the XFS tree. The changes do not affect other
architectures, it still compiles for i386. Eventually these IA64
patches will appear in Linus's tree.
