Apart from line number and RCS $Id$ djustments, kdb in the xfs tree is
identical to the free standing kdb patch. But as has already been
pointed out, compiling without XFS and kdb has the same problem.
There is kdb code in the console path but it only checks for the pause
key or ^A. Apart from that, kdb has no effect on consoles.
