kernel nfsd crash

All,

I had the following occur at a client site.  
This is on  2.4.3-SGI_XFS_1.0.1 #1 SMP, i686, RedHat Linux 7.1.
All exported filesystems are on XFS.  
Kernel was compiled with compat-egcs-6.2-1.1.2.14.
Any clues as to possible causes?  Any more info I should collect?
