Here is a small patch to expose the syscalls for ACL/EA manipulation on Alpha,
it applied to CVS from about 8PM EST with only an offset in libacl/acl.c and
the file looks fine to me after the patch. If anyone has any suggestions I'll
be happy to test them, I'll also look into any problems but don't get your
hopes up as I'm still pretty new to this =)
