I'm here! But I've been a little under the gun, so just got a chance to get
to my xfs folder.
I'm also seeing the inode weirdness that Jijo is seeing on XFS, and I think
it's in the FS and not in the controller (you can relax, Tom ;). I'm
having directories disappear and re-appear at random. It's quite
interesting. Some directories are copies of other directories. Somehow the
inode tables are getting *very* confused. (Tom: this is a completely
different problem than the one I was having during my drive failures
(simulated and real)).
For instance, one dir that's supposed to have about 1000 files in it all of
a sudden became empty, but trying to do an ls on it yielded a "file objs
does not exist." The weird thing is, the dir 'objs' is 2 levels higher in
the tree, as well as in a bunch of other directories parallel to this one.
I finally punted and tried rm-ing it, which failed with the same error. I
did the 'rm -rf ' a few times for good measure, and all of a sudden the
contents of the directory came back.
