I had this almost immediately after running xfs_fsr. The same kernel has been running happily for a while now, so I think this is directly related to xfs_fsr. Hardware is an old P120 with 48M ram. It has a 4.3G IDE disk partitioned to three parts: 10M /boot, 88M swap, and the rest as /. -- Arto Jantunen
