Perhaps you could give us a little more detail:

- why do you think it is not working for you (ie. specific symptoms)
- the xfsdump command line you use
- the output from xfsdump
- the output of xfsdump -I
- what else/if anything do you store on the tape (eg. tar files, etc)
- what kind of tape device and driver do you use (eg. scsi, ide, etc)
