This is probably not relevant to the 1.0.1 release which I have not
yet had a chance to examine, but I found a small problem in the 1.0
isos that I do not remember being mentioned before.

The top-level Makefile for the kernel has a line

export INSTALL_PATH=/boot

which is commented out (so the new kernel goes in / ).

Lilo is still expecting the kernel to be in /boot (which is where the
issue kernel is installed of course).

Hence rebuilding the kernel and running lilo effectively does nothing!
