Now, that is really, really odd.
Could you try and add
printk ("__make_request: rw = %d\n", rw);
before BUG() (ll_rw_blk.c, line 691), reproduce the hang, and mail me
the resulting output?
I'm currently Alphally challenged as Compaq called my loaner boxes
back so I can't check myself :|
