ftp.suse.com:/pub/people/ak/xfs/xfs-2.4.6-5.bz2  
is a XFS patch against a recent SuSE kernel (slightly post 7.2). It should
apply to the 2.4 kernel tree you find in ftp.suse.com:/pub/people/mantel/next/ 

(note I just put a new version up; it may take some time before it appears
on the ftp server due to mirror delays)
