Just FYI:

I'm running that NVIDIA driver with 2.4.5 + XFS patches, on a second
head with a creative TNT card (PCI).

It "compiled" and insmod'ed without issue, though I am running XFree
4.1.0 (binary distribution from XFree86) which was compiled on 2.4.4.
The 1.0-1251 one was really flakey as a second head and X crashed a
lot. Still does, but much less.
