OK, they are out there:

ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/cmd_rpms/

acl-1.0.5-0.i386.rpm dmapi-devel-0.1.1-0.i386.rpm
acl-1.0.5-0.src.rpm MD5SUM
acl-devel-1.0.5-0.i386.rpm xfsdump-1.0.9-0.i386.rpm
attr-1.0.3-0.i386.rpm xfsdump-1.0.9-0.src.rpm
attr-1.0.3-0.src.rpm xfsprogs-1.2.7-0.i386.rpm
attr-devel-1.0.3-0.i386.rpm xfsprogs-1.2.7-0.src.rpm
dmapi-0.1.1-0.i386.rpm xfsprogs-devel-1.2.7-0.i386.rpm
dmapi-0.1.1-0.src.rpm

You do not need all of these, xfsprogs is the basics, xfsdump and the acl/attr
stuff make up the rest of the package (dump needs acl/attr).
