Hi,
I know this is just a test release, but you should
know that the nVidia driver available from the nVidia
website doesn't work when installed on the Redhat
7.1-XFS system.
I installed using the Redhat 7.1-XFS CD and everything
worked fine (including the XFree86 default nv driver)
but when I installed the accelerated nVidia driver my
screen just blanks over and over again. I wish I could
give you more information, but I had to have my
machine back up so I reinstalled the stock Redhat
system. I would have stuck with the default nv driver
but the accelerated driver from nVidia makes a HUGE
difference in performance.
