Could you please take a look at

Kernel was 2.4.6-pre2 dated about 20010609 19:00 CEST (GMT+0200) compiled
with egcs-1.1.2.
Unfortunately i still had no time to get some serial cable so i provide only
backtrace of process that crashed (dammit, i didn't think to let machine
continue after the second crash, lame me...) , hope that it will be
sufficient (rewritten manually :/ )...

Facing 2.4 generic problems here ?
