Which kernel did you boot for the installation? you must use the kernel
from the XFS installer as it is XFS aware.
I doubt the driver from the above driver disk will load as it was
compiled for a different kernel.
You will probably need to recompile the driver into an XFS kernel and
use
that kernel on a installer boot floppy.
