Also, FWIW, kgcc IS available in 7.1, it's just in the RPM called
"compat-egcs" this time around.  I'm still skittish about the 7.1 gcc
compiler, at least for XFS, it looks like some people (Juha) ran into
some problems that may be compiler-related.
