This problem has been also observed in non XFS 2.4 kernels, so it is at least
somewhat generic. Inode/dcache expire is not aggressive enough.  What is strange
is that the dcache slab has about the same size as the inode slab, the standard
2.4 inode fragmentation "leak" mostly consists of the inodes with no dentry.
