You'll need to build against a current xfsprogs-devel package.
In particular, the versions of libxfs.h and platform_defs.h in
earlier versions of xfsprogs had to be changed to fix some
portability problems.

This recipe should get you where you want to be...

# cd cmd/xfsprogs
# ./Makepkgs
# rpm -Uvh build/rpm/*.i386.rpm

# cd ../xfsdump
# ./Makepkgs
# rpm -Uvh build/rpm/*.i386.rpm
