Ok, I did some looking at this last night. It appears that the problem comes in
trying to make the NFS support as a module. The kernel that I have that is
failing the export, this is the case (NFS Server is a module). I built a "quick
& dirty" version with the NFS server compiled in, and the export worked fine.
Now I need to run the same test on my "good" kernel tonight.

I'll test this more tonight when I get home. But if any of the other folks out
there that are experienceing this want to build a kernel today, check this area
out. I'd be interested in seeing the results.
