Hi Mouli,
i'm running XFS on SuSE Linux 7.1. No problems so far.
Follow the instructions on the website. Their should nothing special you have
to look for.
I grabed a clean kernel tarball (2.4.2, because i had hangs with 2.4.3) and
patched it with the patchfiles from sgi. The only thing you should correct
after patching is the compiler command: CC = $(CROSS_COMPILE)gcc.
Build the commands and the kernel and have fun.
I haven't tryed to patch the SuSE kernel yet.
BTW: I'm running XFS as root filesystem on a softwareraid level 1.
