Might be a good place to start... it appears you did lose some directory inodes.
Most the errors are the orphaned inodes.
You do have some bad magic errors which suggest either blocks
got scribbled over by incorrect data (at this point that probably isn't the
case)
or your drive is failing and either not writing correct what it was told or
it is reading bad block and making stuff up and it goes along :-)
