Switch off all filtering of warnings for xfsprogs - with Russells
changes now in userspace, and the one-liners below, we are warning
free (for some compiler/libc versions, on a good day, kicking with
the wind).
There's still a few warnings that I know of for 64-bit libxfs
builds, but that's a problem for some other time (would need some
changes to the corresponding kernel code anyway).
