OK, my raid chunk size is 32k, I also tried 8k.
I get the same error at same pair of pc.
ksymoops doesn't like the format of the dmesg, so I had to manually dig
it out of System.map

When I try mkfs -t xfs /dev/md0

So something is not happy in the raid1 area.
But.. I can make a ext2 filesystem and mount it on the same partition.
