This is the reason, as Debian does not have 'loadkeys', if you get the files
from unstable/testing(?). There is a problem with console-tools, which contains
it. So, it is not installed by default (but the update deletes the previous
one). Luckily, it is in the kbd package as well. Install that first.

In turn, let me ask you: do _not_ quote the whole email if you do not need it.
It is a bit annoying for me to see the errors again, a lot of lines for
nothing. Also, may I ask why do you send a private copy as well? We all get the
mail from the list, so I think it is not needed.
