Hm, I tried it with my PR-0.10-test2 disc.

It appears that you are correct... nothing but mkfs.xfs is available.

(of course you can get to your system's xfs_* utilities, but that
doesn't do any good for the filesystem that HOLDS those tools.  :)  )

We'll fix that next time 'round...
