I forgot about the buffer list implication of calling buffer_IO_error.

Workarea: jen.americas.sgi.com:/src/lord/xfs-base
The following file(s) were checked into:
bonnie.engr.sgi.com:/isms/slinx/2.4.x-xfs
Modid: 2.4.x-xfs:slinx:91413a
linux/fs/pagebuf/page_buf.c - 1.70
- Back out the use of buffer_IO_error, it gets our buffers onto lists
we do not want them on.
