well, if you are using 1.3-vw, expect things to *not* work under a 2.4
kernel.

if you are using vwe 3.0, you can hack it to work on 2.4 kernel, although
this is completely unsupported.

you will need to run sgivpro_rpmgen to get new driver rpms for your
kernel.

if you wait til vwe 3.1, you will get 2.4 kernel w/ xfs support officially
supported.
