I don't know if it's interesting but I have a well used XFS system running
for around 7 days now compiled with 2.95.2 so it seems OK on a standard
desktop PC at least...

PS. Does anyone on the list have any idea what in the changes since 9 days
ago might effect vmware? It ran perfectly on my box (except for the file
locking messages) until then. I thought it might be because I recompiled
the kernel with 2.95.2 but I went back to 2.91.66 and it still didn't
work. Anyway I seem to be able to live without exchange!
