Yeah, I usually make a /boot anymore. And I _always_ separate out
/tmp, /var and /usr (plus data like /home).

Thanx dude! I'll probably put it to good use soon when I convert my
RedHat 7.0 systems from kernel 2.2+Ext3 to 2.4+XFS.
[ Speaking of memory, the FAQ might want to address this ... ]
What should be the _minimum_ amount of memory for a 2.4.x kernel
with XFS? I was going to try a "minimalistic" system of a PPro
180MHz with only 48MB of RAM. Anyone want to warn me against
trying? ;-PPP
