Quite a few people commented on the large download size the XFS

Much of this has to do with the inclusion of the SOURCES directory,
which is only relevant to rpm builds.
Since rpm builds have very little to do with with development
it is probably best this directory be dropped.
This will significantly reduce the patch size and reduce cvs
update times.
If anybody actually wants this stuff let me know and
I will export it via a different mechanism, otherwise
rsync anyone? it supports incremental transfer, multiple login procedures
and compression. It's free and available on most samba mirrors.
It also works great for updating websites (a large website I may note)
If only a time stamp changes, it would not result in downloading the entire
file.
expect these following directories to be dropped from
the cvs trees.
SCRIPTS/
SOURCES/
SPECS/
and the top level Makefile.
