Can't start X, console ownership

Hi,

I got the SGI-XFS-PR and installed from the ISO. Everything worked fine,
except that I'm unable to run X with other user but root.

The error says:

Authentication failed - cannot start X server.
> Perhaps you do not have console
> ownership?

Any help is appreciated.
