Mine is 2.0.3 build 799 also.  I am using the 2.4.? kernel sources from the
SGI-XFS CVS tree now, but I think they are just the stock kernel sources which
are then patched.

So, I installed XFS by recompiling the kernel and then doing a make on the
/cmd directory of the XFS tree also.

What version of the kernel is in the rpm version?
