yes, it was xfs_fstab.5 (aka the IRIX fstab(4) man page).

not lost - it got reworked a little to remove all the IRIX
specific words, added missing words about some options, and
rearranged into a mount.8 patch and the xfs.txt file Steve
mentioned.

I had a short discussion with Ananth about this at the time
& it wasn't clear whether these would become the default &
go away or not, so I ommitted these from the patch - I'll
add some words to the xfs.txt file though since we can more
easily change that if need be.

yes, that did happen late last year.  I heard back from
Andries just last night that this has now been applied to
his tree (so I'd expect it in mount.8 in util-linux 2.10t).
