  You should download 2.4.0 (final) XFS equipped from SGI's CVS
  repository. You'll find instructions on http://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/
  Unfortunately XFS web page is outta date and ftp site AFAIR - also :(
  
  You'll find CVS on ftp://ftp.cvshome.org/pub/
