The web site is lagging reality again, the latest packaged version is
here:
ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/download/PreRelease-0.9/
it is 2.4 based, the development version is available via cvs,
there is not a huge difference right now, but the development
version will keep diverging.
