        - sync with Andries' 2.10r code fore autodetecting other filesystems -
          adds cramfs, hpfs, hfs.

cmd/xfs/mkfs/xfs_mkfs.c - 1.180
        - take a guess at the optimal blocksize rather than just saying 4K all
          the time.  if getpagesize gives us a valid xfs blocksize, use that;
          otherwise fall back to 4K.
