03:45 that you mentioned is /dev/ttyrd.
I did not have any problem to mount / as xfs with linux-2.4.0.-test13-pre3 with
/boot (ext2).
I made the /boot partition (xfs), I have no luck to boot up this /boot
partition with lilo.
Probably lilo is not support xfs as /boot partition at this moment.
