Our goal is to negotiate with your creditors for the purpose of settling the entire account balance at an amount significantly less than what is owed. Settlements are paid with moneys accumulated in your FDIC Insured Bank Account. You commit to a single monthly payment into the Program. As cash accumulates in the Your Account, settlement offers are submitted to Creditors. Settlement agreements are achieved as Creditors respond with counter offers, and then finalized by Your approval.

Settlements are often made in "bulk" (using financial leverage and using pooled funds) securing discounts well beyond the capabilities of individual Consumers and most law firms. Preferred Financial Services successfully negotiates with Creditors nationwide.

You will receive monthly statements detailing your Account status and negotiation activity pertaining to each debt. A truly unique aspect of our Program is that the You remain in control. You determine your own Monthly Payment Commitment; You determine the approximate amount of time it will take to complete the Program; You control how much money is withdrawn from the Your Bank Account; and You ultimately determine whether or not to accept a settlement. Our Debt Negotiation Program was truly developed with You in mind.

The Debt Negotiation Concept:

The original concept of lowering or eliminating debt by negotiation has been well established in the business to business arena for a number of years prior to its adaptation to the general consumer market by a group of Financial Planning Consultants. These consultants desired to provide service for consumers unable to begin an investment plan due to high debt. Realizing consumers could be helped through debt mediation, these Consultants began an investigation of consumer credit and debt specialists to whom they could refer Clients. The investigation revealed many "not for profit" Credit Counseling Agencies claiming to represent the consumer while in reality these agencies were set up to provide greater benefit to creditors. As a result of the investigation, these consultants (Preferred Financial Services) launched one of the most progressive programs of its kind.  Until 1999, the program was offered exclusively through professional Financial Planners and sold most often as part of an extensive financial planning package. Our Debt Negotiation Program is now offered directly to the general public, helping countless individuals become debt free.
