Hi,

Okay. I'll be pulling out the combined changes to support [highmem & ide] for 
kiobuf I/O. Expect a check-in into the tree this afternoon (after I've pulled 
them out and had a chance to test these changes).

I will be checking in _only_ the highmem support for kiobuf I/O back (later
today or tomorrow) while we work out the kinks in the ide support for kiobuf 
I/O.
