Kernel patch for 2.4.0-test9

I had some stuff deciding the order in arch/i386/kernel/entry.S about the 
numbers.
I have kept them sync to the other files where I noticed them.

That should be checked.

I have to test compile this tree to make sure.
But I think there could only be "minor" issues. ;-) (ugh)

I have patch against the CVS tree of this morning and a clean patch against 
a clean 2.4.0-test9.
