Ok, thanks Joe.

Russell/Tim - looks like something went wrong when librmt
was checked in?  (ptools->cvs scripts not picking it up?)

A simple workaround until this is fixed would be
to remove "dump" from the list in the SUBDIRS macro
in cmd/xfs/Makefile - your build should then complete
successfully, it'll just skip over building the xfsdump
and xfsrestore commands.
