I had a discussion with Tom Duffy about this.
ProPack 1.4 does NOT include a  version of e2fsprogs.
his take was that if anything that doesn't need upgrading and
is on the RH6.2 disc then is wasn't included in ProPack.
Note I did feel as a matter of convenience  that it would be a good
idea for the XFS beta to install e2fsprogs;  so it is included on the
iso image.

But I think Tom is right in that unless there is a clear need for
an upgraded version we shouldn't get into the upgrade for the
sake of upgrade business.
