----------------------------
The remount readonly code path needs to go through sync twice. Unlinked inodes
have two phases of work to go through before they are clean on disk. These
are both handled via sync, and will not be handled in the same pass.

- Call sync twice in the remount readonly case to deal with removed ino
des
correctly.
Description :
Remounting an XFS filesystem R/O can leave the FS in an
inconsistent state. (Playing with this for long enough can
hang mount up...)
Reproduce with QA 013 or:
#!/bin/sh
DEV=/dev/hda6
MNT=/mnt/arch0
