REPRIORITIZE 801095 - xfs_repair sucks memory in phase7

xfs_repair -n phase7 seems to leak memory big time,
chewing up over 100Mb on sagan and causing processes
to get nuked.

With the worst of the leakage gone, this is now low priority
and not required for beta.
