This driver seems to clear up the data corruption that was
occurring with the other qlogic driver.
Note there is a bug with this driver: Once in a while
while the routine qM_symbols will panic the system
with a "Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtul address x"
I'll try to track down the problem.
