Mask out the code which checks that the status is at a FMK
after a BSF. This happens for IRIX but not for Linux.
Also add an INFO msg about getting EOVERFLOW in read which
is typically the result of using too large a block size.

- Add tape drive for sagan.

- Get rid of "-o -F" option so that I can write test 035.
This test will change again when I can check in all my
changes for the rmt dump tests.

- This test verifies that the fix for pv#802318 is
now working.
It does multiple dumps to one tape.
