Our tree adds a few fields to /proc/partitions that causes liblvm to
barf.

I'll create a tarball of my patched LVM utilities later today and put
it on oss.sgi.com.

Please note that LVM doesn't work with KIOBUF_IO yet.  That's being
worked on.
